Montana law (20-5-109 MCA) requires parents who home school their children to annually notify the County Superintendent of Schools. Download the Home School Packet (pdf). Parents may print the form and fax to 827-6971, or deliver it to the Treasures Office, or mail it to the County Superintendent of Schools, P.O. Box 519 Thompson Falls, MT 59873.
